Adler X-ray inspection system is a Primary inspection system that inspects, detects, and automatically rejects products contaminated with foreign objects in any production process. Unlike a Metal Detector, an X-ray system can detect both metallic and Non-metallic contaminations with a higher accuracy. Other than foreign-body detection, the X-ray system also checks the quality aspects of the product by analyzing the content quality of the packaged product, like:
- Fill level and product homogeneity
- Form and shape of the product / container
- Traceability features enables the user to track the product foot-print and establish the compliance / non-compliance, if any, through the traceability report.
